Booking Terms
We require a 10% non refundable deposit payable with all new bookings. The balance of your payment is due to be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation made after the final balance is paid all monies being forfeited.

Towels, Linen etc
All towels, bed linen etc are included in the price quoted in our tariffs. This figure also includes all electricity and power used during your stay. We do not operate any 'coin machines' or charge any extras.

Pets
There are ample walks for dogs which are more than welcome by prior arrangement. Please let us know of your pet requirements when you make your initial enquiry

No Smoking
Unfortunately we operate a non smoking policy, 'woods and all that'.
